Pre-school education for children starting 18 months through seven years is acquired in pre-school education institution “Pienenite”, Stopini pre-school education groups and at the Upeslejas pre-school education groups.

There are a lot of possibilities for sport activities in Stopini. Sports hall for floorball, football, handball, basketball, volleyball are in Ulbroka sport center. National and international competitions there are organized every year. Also there are pool, gym/fitness hall and outdoor stadium.
Ulbroka Music and art school
Professional music education Stopiņu region started in 1998. 22nd July when council members of Stopiņu parish decided to start a music school Ulbroka. Vita Paulāne was appointed for school director. After two years the music department was joined to the art department and get a name - Ulbroka music and art school. Since July 2nd. 2001 school principal is Vita acne.
